​All of our products are handmade to order and undergo several stages of quality control, resulting in a 10 - 15 working day dispatch. Our products are sent via first class next day delivery to ensure they arrive quickly at your desired location. All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they don't sustain any damage during transportation.
Return & Refund Policy
At the packaging stage, we conduct a thorough quality check and photograph all products to ensure they meet our standards. If you experience any damage during transportation, please return the item in its original packaging within 14 working days to our returns address. We will provide a replacement or, if preferred, full refund for your purchase. Please note that since all our products are handmade to order, returns or refunds will not be available for items without damage or broken parts. Your satisfaction is important to us!
